Angle the flick and time the run to beat the marker. Flick it into the space behind, and the runner bursts past the defender to finish first-time.
As the base, but a defender tracks the runner. Emphasise angling the flick into the space away from the marker, and the runner timing his burst to get across the defender. Rotate the roles.
