Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how NEXTON INTERACTIVE LIMITED uses cookies and similar technologies on Teloframe. In addition to cookies, we use browser storage such as localStorage for some features and preferences.
2. Essential Cookies and Similar Technologies
Some technologies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot reasonably be switched off without breaking core features.
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookies and tokens | Authentication, sign-in state, and secure account access. | Session or limited account period |
| CSRF protection | Protects authenticated requests from forgery or tampering. | Session |
| Server-side session cache | Short-term performance caching for session checks. | Short lived |
| teloframe-workspace | Remembers which workspace you are working in, personal or a specific club, so pages load the right data. Cleared when you sign out. | Up to 1 year |
3. Optional Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics only if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. This analytics tooling is intended to give us aggregate usage information such as page views, referrers, browser type, device type, and country-level location.
If you decline analytics, Vercel Analytics will not load. You can revisit this choice at any time using the button below or the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
4. Operational Monitoring
We use Sentry for operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and service reliability. Sentry may receive technical diagnostics such as error details, stack traces, route names, timestamps, and browser or device metadata. This monitoring is used for security and reliability rather than advertising.
5. Local Storage
Teloframe also stores some information directly in your browser using localStorage. Common examples include:
| Key | Purpose |
|---|---|
| teloframe-cookie-consent | Stores your analytics consent choice. |
| teloframe-formations | Stores custom formation templates on your device. |
| teloframe-autosave-* | Stores board or editor autosaves locally in your browser. |
| teloframe-match-live | Keeps a local copy of live match logging state so a refresh or a brief connection drop does not lose it. |
| teloframe-fixture-import-aliases | Remembers the column names you mapped when importing fixture files, so the next import is quicker. |
| teloframe-3d-quality, teloframe-measurement-unit, teloframe-sidebar-expanded | Stores interface preferences such as 3D quality, measurement units, and sidebar state. |
| teloframe-board-export-presets-v1, teloframe-drill-export-presets-v1 | Stores your saved export presets on your device. |
6. Third-Party Cookies or Similar Technologies
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. However, some third-party services may use their own cookies or device technologies on their own domains. For example:
- Google may use cookies if you choose Google sign-in.
- Polar may use cookies during checkout or billing portal use.
- Where we embed a video, we use the privacy-enhanced YouTube domain, which YouTube states does not set profiling cookies unless you play the video. Playback is handled by YouTube under Google's policies.
Those providers control their own technologies under their own policies.
7. Service Worker and Push Notifications
If you turn on browser push notifications, your browser registers a service worker for Teloframe and issues a push endpoint and a pair of encryption keys. We store those together with the user-agent string of the device so we can send and manage notifications for it, and delivery passes through the push service run by your browser vendor.
Push is off until you enable it. You can turn it off in the app or revoke notification permission in your browser settings, which stops future messages to that device.
8. Managing Your Choices
You can accept or decline optional analytics when you first visit the site. After that, you can reopen your choice using the Cookie Settings link in the footer or the button on this page.
You can also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Be aware that removing essential cookies or clearing local storage may sign you out, remove local autosaves, and reset your preferences.
9. More Information
For a broader explanation of how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Organizational customers can also review our Data Processing Addendum and our Subprocessors page. Email marketing preferences and unsubscribe rights are described in the Privacy Policy rather than in this Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our technologies, providers, or legal obligations. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
