1. How to Use This Page

This page lists the third-party subprocessors and other third-party service providers that currently support public Teloframe functionality. It is intended to be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum.

The descriptions below summarize the functions these providers perform, the broad categories of personal data they may handle, and the feature scope in which they are used. Some providers operate global or multi-region infrastructure, so the listed transfer region reflects the primary or typical region where known, not a guarantee that data never touches any other vendor-operated system.

Depending on the feature and customer input, this can include tactical content, player details, session notes, evaluation data, and other submitted content.	OpenAI-supported processing regions used for the API account configured by Teloframe.	Only when an AI feature is used.
Anthropic	Large language model (Claude) processing for selected Teloframe AI features, including AI generation of drill and coaching content.	Prompts, supporting context, and outputs for the relevant AI features. Depending on the feature, this can include player observations and names, session and evaluation notes, and tactical or drill content submitted to or generated by Teloframe.	Anthropic-supported processing regions used for the API account configured by Teloframe.	Only for the AI features that use Claude, including selected AI content generation.
Liveblocks	Real-time collaboration, room authorization, presence, and synchronized board state.	User display name, email address, profile image, collaboration room identifiers, room presence data, access mode, and live co-editing metadata.	Vendor-operated collaboration infrastructure used for the configured Liveblocks workspace.	Only for collaboration-enabled board workflows.
Sentry	Operational monitoring, incident diagnostics, and application error tracing.	Error details, stack traces, route names, timestamps, browser or device metadata, and limited user context configured by Teloframe. Resend	Transactional email delivery, marketing broadcast tooling, and unsubscribe management for Teloframe emails.	Email addresses, sender and delivery metadata, message content, unsubscribe state, suppression state, and related communication preference records. Polar	Merchant-of-record billing, checkout, renewals, customer portal access, and subscription administration. Not part of any customer-facing workflow.

3. Optional Identity Providers

These providers support optional sign-in features. They are not used for every Teloframe customer, and they may act as independent providers for the sign-in flow rather than as subprocessors for all customer content.

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our vendors, infrastructure, feature scope, or legal and contractual obligations. Organizational customers should review this page together with the Data Processing Addendum for the current subprocessor schedule incorporated into our standard processor terms.
