Get in front of the marker and flick it in. Whip the in-swinger to the near post, and the attacker gets across the defender to flick it on and beat the keeper.
As the base, but a defender marks the near-post run. Emphasise the in-swing delivery, the attacker getting across the marker at the near post, and the flick to redirect it in. Both flanks. Rotate the roles.
