Beat the block and pick out the back post. Drive to the byline, lift the cross over the mannequin, and attack it with a timed back-post header.
A winger drives to the byline and crosses over a mannequin to a striker attacking the back post to head in. Emphasise getting to the byline, clearing the mannequin with the flight, and timing the back-post run. Deliver from both flanks. Rotate the roles.
