The player carries the ball out to a cone, turns, and carries it back, repeated for a set number or time. Emphasise a positive touch out of the feet at speed, a tight turn at the cone, and keeping the ball close on the return. Set work-to-rest to suit the fitness aim. Rotate the turning foot.
