Warm up the touch, passing, and movement. Pass around the box, step in to receive on the half-turn, and gradually lift the tempo without straining.
Four players, one at each corner of a 16 yard box, one ball. Pass around the outside of the box, always to the next corner. As the ball travels, the receiver steps in off the cone to receive on the half-turn, then plays the next pass and returns to the corner. Go both ways and build the tempo over a couple of laps. Add a second ball or a one-touch rule to progress.
