Fast, light feet. Two quick contacts per rung with a tall posture and light steps, then explode out of the top of the ladder.
Drive quick feet up through the ladder, two contacts in each rung, staying tall and light on the balls of the feet, then explode out the top for a few metres. Emphasise turnover speed, light contacts, and a strong arm drive. Jog back and repeat for the set number of reps.
