Activate with the ball. Perform quick ball-mastery touches with light feet, take a clean first touch, pass accurately to your partner, and build the tempo gradually.
In pairs a few metres apart, each player works a short set of ball-mastery touches with light feet, then passes to the partner and moves. Cycle through the moves, toe-taps, sole rolls, inside-outside. Keep it light and continuous, and build the tempo across the warm-up. Add movement between touches as a progression.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
