Build repeated high-speed running with the ball while keeping close control on the turns. Accelerate on the straights, decelerate and turn tightly at each cone, and keep the ball within playing distance throughout.
Mark a square about 12 to 15 yards a side with a cone at each corner. Players dribble the ball around the square at speed, taking a tight turn at each cone, for a set number of laps or time. Run it as a relay or a train with several players spaced around the square. Work then rest, and count laps or time each set.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
