Control and return a dropping ball over the line: take a clean first touch, set it up and strike or dink it back, keeping the rally alive under pressure.
Mark a line (or use a low net) across a small court and play 2v2. The ball must go over the line, one bounce allowed, and a maximum of two or three touches per side to return it. Score to a target like tennis. Use feet, thighs and chest, no hands. Vary the touch limit and court size to raise or lower the difficulty. Great as a warm-up game or a technical station.
