Warm up the goalkeeper: set the feet, get the body behind the ball and take a clean catch at low, waist and high heights.
A feeder or coach serves the keeper from about twelve yards, starting gently and building. Work through the heights: roll it low to either side, throw it in at waist height, then loop it high to catch at the top of the jump. The keeper sets the feet, gets the body behind the ball, catches cleanly and rolls it back. Build the pace gradually. Great alongside the outfield warm-up.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
