Sharp feet through the poles. Cut tight off each pole with a low body position, then explode out of the last one.
Weave the line of poles at pace, cutting tight off each one, then accelerate out of the last pole for a few metres. Emphasise a low body position, short sharp steps around the poles, and driving out at the end. Walk or jog back and repeat for the set number of reps.
