Recognise the back-pass as the trigger to press. Spring the instant the ball travels backwards, close the receiver on his weak side, and win it high.
Two reds keep possession in a 30x20 grid, one blue presses. Reds pass among themselves; the blue holds a mid position until a red plays a BACK-pass, then sprints to press the receiver, curving the run to block the forward option and forcing a rushed ball to win. Rotate the presser regularly, it is a hard sprint.
