Activate for training with short reactive sprints. Explode out on the call, decelerate and change direction under control, and recover to the base ready for the next, building intensity gradually.
Players start at a central base surrounded by cones. On the coach's call or a visual cue, they explode out to the named cone, then recover sharply to the base and wait for the next call. Vary the cones and the cue. Keep the first reps light and build the intensity across the set. Add a ball to dribble out and back as a progression.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
