Play the one-two off the board and finish on the move. Time the run to burst onto the return in stride and drive a low finish into the goal.
Set a rebounder to the side and a mini-goal ahead. Drive at the board, play it in firmly, then burst onto the return and finish first or second touch into the goal. Angle the board so the return runs into your path. Alternate feet and vary the finish. A great solo or small-group station.
