Win and use the transition in a 2v2. On losing it, react immediately to defend or counter-press; on winning it, break forward at once into the space the opponent has left and attack the end zone.
Mark a 22x16 yard pitch with an end zone at each end. 2v2, score by dribbling the ball under control into the opponent's end zone. The moment possession changes, both pairs flip: attack becomes defence and vice versa. Play short, intense reps and keep score. Add a neutral to make it 2v2+1 as a variation.
