Circulate the ball at one touch under pressure, hold your shape on the pentagon, and read the moment to split both defenders with a firm diagonal pass through the middle.
Mark a 12x12 yard pentagon with five cones. Five attackers take a cone each, two defenders start inside. One touch only for the attackers (allow two while they settle in). Six passes scores a point; a split pass through both defenders scores two. When a defender wins it or the ball leaves the grid, the attacker at fault goes in and swaps with the defender who has pressed longest.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
