Deliver and finish. The winger crosses to the back post off the rings; the striker times his run and finishes first time into the mini-goal.

Beat the block and pick out the back post. Drive to the byline, lift the cross over the mannequin, and attack it with a timed back-post header.

Two players, one driven cross. Drive to the byline, deliver low across the face, and attack the near post to sweep it in first time.

Beat the line and sweep it in. Drive it low across the face beyond the keeper, and get across the defender to sweep it home first time.

Create and finish from an overlap and cutback. Overlap on the outside, take the slip pass to the byline, pull it back low to the edge of the box, and finish first time.
