Weave a tight figure-eight, ball glued to your feet. Round each pole close, use both feet and both surfaces, and keep the ball under control through every turn.
Dribble a figure-eight around the two poles, close to each one, weaving in both directions. Emphasise small touches, the inside and outside of both feet, and keeping the ball close through the turns. Build up the speed as control improves.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
