Link gates with close control and quick decisions. Keep the ball within playing distance, lift the head to pick the next gate, and change direction sharply between them.

Master close control at pace with both feet. Weave through the cones with small, frequent touches, keep the ball within playing distance, and stay balanced and low through every change of direction.

Groove the carry. Push the ball with the front of the foot, jog onto it head up, and stay on the path through the gates.

Groove the croqueta. Shift the ball quickly from one foot to the other, inside-inside, keeping it close, and drive away to finish, with the shift clean before pressure is added.

Carry under control and stop it on the line. Touch the ball every stride to keep it close, then bring it to a dead stop on the line.
