Master close control at pace with both feet. Weave through the cones with small, frequent touches, keep the ball within playing distance, and stay balanced and low through every change of direction.
Set five cones in a line about 2 yards apart. Weave the ball through them and back, using the inside and outside of both feet, with small quick touches. Keep the ball close and the head up as much as possible. Time each run, and run it as a relay with a queue at each end.
Fork it into your private drills, then change the animation, adjust positions, swap equipment, or drop it into a session block.
