Keep the ball within playing distance through every change of direction, then lift your head and finish cleanly under fatigue.
Set five poles 3m apart in a straight line, a start cone 5m before the first pole, and a mini goal about 8m past the last. Players queue at the cone. Weave the poles using both feet, accelerate out of the last one, and finish first time or after one touch. Return around the outside of the poles and hand over. Race format: fastest clean run wins.
