Hold a compact mid-block and win the ball on the trigger. Stay patient and connected, spring together the moment the ball enters the pressing zone, jump the receiver, shut the exits, and win it to counter.
The opponent plays out into a mid-block that starts compact in the middle third. On the trigger (the pass into a pressable player), the block springs: the nearest player jumps to press the receiver as it arrives, a teammate shuts the inside, and the trapped player is forced square to be won. Hold the shape until the trigger, then press together and counter on winning it.
