Groove the pattern. Switch across the back on open angles and release the full-back to drive out, cleanly and in rhythm.
The build-up pattern with no presser. Emphasise open receiving angles, weight of pass across the back, and the timing of the release to the full-back. Groove it before adding pressure. Rotate the roles.
