Keep the ball as a team against equal numbers: create angles, support quickly, and string passes together to score points.
Mark a grid and play 3v3 (or 4v4). A team scores a point for every set number of consecutive passes, six is a good target, and possession switches when the ball is won or goes out. No neutrals, so support has to come from off the ball. Reward teams that create angles and switch away from pressure rather than forcing it. First to a target score, or most points in a set time.
