Spin out of the pressure and away. Drag it back, spin 360 over the ball shielding it with your body, and come out the other side to drive on and finish.
Drive at the pressure, drag the ball back with the sole and spin 360 over it, shielding it, then come out the other side and drive away to finish. Emphasise the drag, the spin over the ball, and the body between the ball and the defender. Both directions. Rotate through.
