Time the run and strike the square ball into the mini-goal. Arrive as it is squared, and strike through it first-time into the target.
As the base, but unopposed and striking into a mini-goal with no keeper. Emphasise the timing of the run, opening the body, and a clean first-time strike. Both sides. Rotate the roles.
