Groove one-two combinations, third-man passes, and switches of play with clean first touches and passes hit at match tempo.
Set four cone stations in a Y: base, pivot at the fork, and the two arms roughly 15m up and out. Ball starts at the base. Play into the pivot who checks short, take the set back, then hit the third-man ball into the far arm. That player switches it across the top and the long ball returns to the base. Alternate arms each cycle; rotate players between stations every two minutes.
