Strike a series of served balls first time. Set the feet quickly, keep the shot low and on target, reset fast, and hold the technique across repeated reps from different angles.
A feeder serves a quick succession of balls to the striker at the top of the box, varying the angle and pace. The striker strikes each first time, keeping it low and on target, then resets fast for the next. Serve every few seconds to build a rhythm. Rotate the striker and feeder, and count clean strikes on target.
