Raise the pulse and prime the first touch with passing and movement in a triangle. Keep the pace easy, move after every pass, and receive across the body to keep it flowing.
Three players on a triangle about 10 to 12 yards a side, one ball. Pass around the triangle and move to a new angle after each pass. Keep the pace easy and the touch soft. Build from two touches to one, and add a second ball once it flows.
