Catch a firmly struck ball cleanly and securely. Set the feet early, get the body behind the line of the ball, take it into safe hands, and secure it before distributing.

Get behind it and catch it clean. Move your feet to get your body behind the ball, form a solid hand shape, and hold it securely into your chest.

Start the attack with the right distribution. Scan for the open option, choose roll or throw, and deliver it accurately to feet or into the space ahead of the runner.

Command the penalty area in the air. Start on the front edge of the six-yard box, read the flight early, decide catch or punch, and attack the ball at its highest point with a loud call.

Keepers: save both corners from one server. Reset the set position each time, and attack the ball low and high with clean diving technique.

Save penalties as the keeper. Stay big and balanced, read the taker, delay the dive so you do not commit early, and spring low and strong to keep it out.
