Set fast and protect the near post. Anticipate the quick, tight shot, set your angle in a flash, and reflex-save it at the near post.

React and save on instinct. Stay set and low, react to the strike, and get a strong hand to the ball from close range.

Get across and parry it away. Start set on the balls of your feet, push off with a strong power step, and get a firm hand to turn the ball away from the corner.

Launch the counter. The keeper releases quickly and throws flat and accurate into the winger's path; the winger times the break to take it in full stride.

Distribute to build. The keeper picks the free man and rolls an accurate pass; the outfield players show on angles and move the ball infield to play forward.

Kick it accurately to the target's feet. Consistent drop, clean strike, and accuracy over distance to keep possession.

Launch an accurate long kick to the target. Gather, drop and strike through it for distance, and land it in the target's zone to keep possession.

Parry and react instantly. Push the first away, get up in a flash and re-set to save the close, fast follow-up.

Make the save, then make it again. Parry the first shot to a safe area, get back to a set position fast, and react to the rebound with a second save.

Command the box and claim the corner. Read the flight, attack the ball at its highest point, catch it cleanly above the traffic and distribute to start play.

Smother it bravely. When you cannot clear, commit to the ball at the striker's feet, spread big, and smother it safely.

Sweep up through balls behind a high line. Read the pass early, attack the space with a decisive first step, get there first, and clear it cleanly away from danger.

Win a 1v1 breakaway by smothering at the feet. Read the moment to leave the line, close the space fast, stay big and patient, and claim the ball off the striker's toe.

Play out under pressure with composure. Receive on the open side, invite the press, and release the free man past it with a clean, well-weighted pass.

Catch it cleanly. Set from a good position, move the feet to get behind and under the ball, and take it comfortably in two hands.

Come and claim it. Read the cross early, attack it off the line, take it at the highest point with strong hands, and secure it before distributing.

Groove the save. Set, react to a firm shot, get the body behind it, and recover the set position before the next.

React and save under rapid fire. Make the first save, recover the set position instantly, and get something behind the follow-up, staying big and reacting late off the shot.
