Carry it clear and finish before he catches you. Push it into space, drive at full pace holding him off, then steady and finish at the end of the run.

Beat two well-spaced defenders with a move. Attack each, take it round with a positive touch, and accelerate on with time to reset.

Groove the move. Attack the shape, sell the feint, and cut sharply past, learning the change of direction before it is live.

Beat a defender one on one. Attack at pace, sell the feint with the body not the ball, change direction sharply, and accelerate past the shoulder. Commit to the move.

Beat a defender with a change of pace. Drive at him, decelerate almost to a stop so he settles, then explode past with a sharp burst of speed.

Beat a defender through his legs. Invite him to plant his feet, slip the ball through the gap, and accelerate around him to collect it on the far side.

Keep the ball within playing distance through every change of direction, then lift your head and finish cleanly under fatigue.

Beat a defender with a fake shot. Drive at him, shape convincingly to shoot to make him commit to the block, then check it and push the ball past on the other side.

Beat one man. Attack at pace, sell the feint, cut sharply, and accelerate past the shoulder through the gate.

Escape and change direction with a drag-back. Drive at the defender, drag the ball back under the sole as he commits, push it off to the side, and accelerate into the space.

Escape pressure with a roulette. Drag the ball back and around with the soles while spinning the body, keep it protected through the turn, and burst out the other side.
